"Amanda at Ashley Barrios State Farm has taken care of my insurance for the last 3 years, and for that, I am grateful!
While I am not a guru of insurance and all it encompasses, Amanda has made sure that our home, auto, and life insurance needs are met and exceeded in most instances!
She has provided me with the coverage options, has fit a specific budget according to our needs, and even calls to let me know when my premiums have gotten cheaper! She has explained the before-and-afters, and is truly the most sincere agent I’ve come across.
Like having a glass of water, insurance is better to have and not need, than to need and not have! I know that my family and I are taken care of, and the State Farm family has me covered!

"I just talked to April who works at Ashley's office. Terrible customer service and extremely rude. My aunt needed to verify her life insurance policy, we had some questions. I'm licensed in that field and just wanted to do a quick policy review. April denied us to chat about the policy. My aunt was on the phone verified her information and still we couldn't review her policy. This is standard in the insurance world. Why ask us to verify identitiy if you are goin to deny us anyways? I hope the call was recorded because I spoke to April in a professional manner and she was extremely rude and then hung up on us. I even asked to speak to Ashley directly or a supervisor. Not only was she being rude to me, but rude to one of Ashley's clients that has had her State Farm Whole Life policy for multiple years. Very dissapointed in the lack of customer service."
"David, I am sorry you had a bad experience with April while trying to get info on your aunt's policy. When dealing with private information, we have to abide by the privacy laws (as you know being in the business). It is very hard to verify someone you do not know from across the country via telephone. April has been compliance trained to go with her gut instinct on situations involving giving out SPI on someone over 60 (vulnerable adult) without complete verification. Due to the nature of the request and the distance from our agency, I believe she was correct to not give out the information VIA telephone. I have since spoken with your aunt myself and we are handling the request in person VIA an agent in California near her home. "Ashley has been my agent since I moved back to the NOLA area after Hurricane Katrina. She is the BOMB! She has always been there for me with advice, assistance and friendship. She also knows how to put a smile on my face as she is a closet comedian. She even helped me find an AirBNB when I evacuated for Hurricane Ida in 2021.
