Hi everyone, welcome to Ashley Barrios State Farm! I have a Bachelor of Science from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in Criminal Justice (for my fighting spirit!) and am married to my wonderful husband Jim Seward, who is a retired naval architect/engineer. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, especially my wonderful son Riley, fishing, and being active in my community.

I consider myself to be the leader of the pack! I say this because I am a “State Farm Baby,” as we call it. I started working at my uncle’s agency at 9 years old during summer breaks and holidays. Since then, I have been able to enjoy a 41-year career at State Farm! I opened my office in 2006 in Lockport, Louisiana, and then relocated to Cut Off, Louisiana in 2013.

With my knowledge and experience, I am here to assist with all your insurance needs. Whether it be Auto Insurance or Homeowners Insurance, I am here to guide you to find a plan that meets and exceeds your expectations.

As a wife and mother, there is nothing more important to me than my family! Having the right Life Insurance is essential in keeping loved ones safe, and I’m sure you feel the same way. My team and I are here to assist in finding a Life Insurance plan that protects your family now and in the future. I know that I would go above and beyond to protect my loved ones and want to help others do the same!

2020 AND 2021 WERE NOT EASY FOR US PERSONALLY OR BUSINESS WISE. IN LATE 2020 ASHLEY HAD CANCER AND RECEIVED A DOUBLE MASECTOMY AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY AND TREATMENTS IN 2021 AND 2022 – SHE IS NOW IN REMISSION!!!! THANK GOD

AUGUST 2021 HURRICANE IDA WAS A LIFE CHANGING EVENT FOR ALL OF LAFOURCHE, TERREBONNE AND JEFFERSON PARISHES. IDA WAS A TRUE TEST FOR THOSE OF US IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU A LITTLE BACKGROUND ON OUR NEW TEAM AND HOW THEY MAY HELP YOU WITH YOUR NEEDS IN THE FUTURE.
